Archive Collection 1947 Archive Sweater
This black sweater includes red and ivory stripes across the body as well as across the elbows on the sleeves. The shoulders and neck also feature a red blocking. The sweater features a fully embroidered patch based on a 1947 logo in the center.
Nicknamed the “barber pole” sweater, the Blackhawks began wearing variations of this sweater from 1937-1955. This “barber pole” sweater was the last uniform the Blackhawks would wear before adapting their present look, which has remained virtually unchanged since the 1950s.
This sweater is considered a men’s cut and runs true to size.
