CBH Shop gladly accepts returns for purchases made within the last 30 days. For an item to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and have the tags on. If an item is worn, washed, or damaged, we may not be able to process your return. We are not able to accept returns of any customized goods, including custom jerseys. All sale merchandise is final sale. All Authentics are final sale and we will not accept refunds. Any donations added at check-out are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded. Domestic returns are free and can be made by mail.

Yes! Eligible returns or exchanges can be made at our flagship location, the Blackhawks Store. We are located at 333 N Michigan Ave.


After you place your order, our team starts working to pull, pack, and ship your merchandise. Packages generally will ship out within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Orders are picked up by UPS Monday-Friday only. All orders placed from Friday-Sunday will be processed the following week.

You will receive a tracking number for your order once a shipping label has been created. Shipping labels are generally created within 24 hours of placing your order. The UPS tracking number will be emailed to you separately. The tracking number will allow you to track your package from our door to yours.

Store pick-up is available at the Blackhawks Store. Our store hours are:

Monday: 10 am - 5 pm
Tuesday: closed
Wednesday: 10 am - 5 pm
Thursday- Sunday: 10 am - 6 pm

We understand that our fans travel from all over the world! We will hold orders for pick-up for 1 month. After 1 month, your order will be automatically refunded. If you need us to hold your order for longer than 1 month, that's no problem- just let us know in advance.

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders that are placed within the contiguous 48 US states that total $99 and above.

You are able to change or cancel an order up until the point it is shipped. The time between ordering and shipping can vary, but once an item is picked up by our shipping provider it is no longer under our control. Please contacts us via our Contact US Form to cancel an order. If you are unable to change or cancel an order before it is picked up, we are more than happy to begin a free return process for you instead.

The site is currently only able to process orders shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, and all European countries. If you live outside of those countries, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form with your international address and we'll get your international shipping quote started right away. Please note international orders vary in pricing and are specifically quoted based on the address provided. The international shipping fee does not include any duties taxes or fees.

Domestic orders that are placed within the contiguous 48 US states cost $7.99 to ship. International orders vary.

All orders will come from UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.

If for any reason you do not receive your order, you have 5 business days from the delivery date to notify us. Once contacted, we will begin a claims process with UPS to get the issue resolved. This can take anywhere from 1-8 business days to hear back.


You can apply your gift card toward any product on the CBH Shop website. The gift card can also be used toward any taxes or any shipping fees. The gift card is only available for use on the CBH Shop website, not at any physical store locations.

While you cannot use a discount code to purchase a CBH Shop gift card, you can use a discount code on your merchandise order when you go to pay with a CBH Shop gift card.

No. They never expire. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, either.

While we are unable to offer military discounts online, we do offer a 10% military discount in-store at our Blackhawks Store location with presentation of your valid military ID. Some exclusions may apply.

We are able to offer Chicago Blackhawks Jersey Customization through the official team stitcher of the Chicago Blackhawks for those who already own a blank jersey and would like to send/drop it off to us to get official lettering applied. We will need the following information below:

NAME- this appears on the back of the jersey in capital letters. There is a maximum of 12 characters allowed. Spacing
will be accommodated if included (i.e. Coach Smith). We can also include punctuation (i.e. MR., MRS., JR., etc.).

NUMBER- these will be placed on the back of the jersey and on the sleeves. We can accommodate up to 3 numbers, but 1-2 numbers are encouraged as it is a better fit. Three numbers may result in reformatting the size of the numbers.

OPTIONAL C OR A PATCH ON THE FRONT- This is optional. This notes either a "captain" ("C") or an "alternate captain" ("A"). 

MULTIPLE CUSTOMIZATIONS- if you are customizing multiple jerseys in one transaction, please specifically note which
jersey the customization belongs to by including the color and size of the jersey.

Once your order is placed, and your jersey is received, we send
your jersey off to our lettering company to be customized. Your jersey is sent to the same lettering company as the team’s on-ice jerseys. Our letterer has been the official lettering supplier to the Chicago Blackhawks since 1995.

Once your jersey arrives at the lettering company, each letter and number is custom-cut from tackle-twill fabric. The letters of the name are applied to a nameplate with adhesive and then each letter is individually stitched to the nameplate. The nameplate is custom cut to the length of the name and then sewn down to the upper back of the jersey. The numbers are a dual-layer tackle twill that are also applied with adhesive and then sewn down directly to the jersey back and sleeves. 

Customization is set to the exact specifications of the actual team jerseys. For example, the size, the style, the spacing, the fabrication,
and the adhesion of all letters & numbers are all set to the exact same specifications of the Chicago Blackhawks official on-ice jerseys, i.e. the lettering on your jersey will be the exact same as the lettering on a game-worn jersey.

We are the only retailer that offers the official lettering of the Chicago Blackhawks.
